Recently I rented a lens I was super excited about trying out for a wedding. To get more bang for my buck, I reached out to Amanda and her fiance Kayla for a quick mini engagement session.

Amanda & I are friends from high school. We weren’t in the same grade, but we both played soccer and were in the student council. We had some pretty fun times in Stu Co, especially with Ms. Scioldo as our advisor. From long bus trips to State Convention every year, to 7:30 meetings once a week, we were always up to something.

This was my first time meeting Kayla. I could tell right away how great they are for each other. Not only are they a great couple, but they’re also pretty amazing people, too. Kayla is a teacher, and Amanda is a social worker. Brave souls, I tell you! During our session, we walked around Mass Ave and just caught up on everything that’s happened since we graduated. It was great to hang out with them and get to know them as a couple!
